I had a request for maternity clothing...here you go! When shopping for maternity clothing I would keep a few things in mind. When buying clothing look for the trimester that they are for. Some are for the first 4 months. Most women don't wear maternity clothing until after that and once they have a chance to wear them they are too small.
Another thing to keep in mind is that for some reason a lot of the pants shrink. I have three kids and have seen my share of maternity clothing. Be careful about drying! Pants are the worst part of maternity clothing because it seems they all just fit weird. This is an area that I would suggest spending a little more money to get quality instead of quantity. I have had so many cheap pairs of pants become floods even without drying. Obviously this looks awful!
Be careful of length. Most of us gain weight other places than just our bellies. When pregnant women wear short dresses or shorts...it is not a pleasant look. Unless you maintain your skinny legs while pregnant, I would keep to knee length clothing.
Tops tend to be the best part of being pregnant. You can get really cute inexpensive tops. Be careful once again that they are not too small that they show your belly (unless this is what you are going for...I think it looks trashy-) or that they are too big. The dress top look was over with your mother. They make great tops now-take advantage of it. You don't have to spend a lot of money on this one either!!
